Alloy Analyzer

test-01The alloy analyzer uses an XRF spectral analysis technique to identify and quantify the specific elements in a substance. It can determine the specific element according to the emitted wavelength (λ) and energy (E) of the X-ray, and determine the quantity of this element by measuring the density of the corresponding ray. It is usually used to detect the alloying elements and identify the alloy grades on-site in a lossless, fast and accurate way. It is also used to inspect the quality of stainless steel at its incoming check, during its inventory management, and after its installation.

Rockwell Hardness Tester

Making use of magnetic cups, the hardness tester can be fixed on the surface of a steel work piece. You don’t need to support it, make any sampling, or move the work piece. As long as it is attached to any side of the work piece, it can measure the thickness. As it causes very little indentation, it can be directly used to measure the hardness of a wide scope of metal plates, ranging from very soft aluminum, lead, tin to medium-hard aluminum alloy, copper, copper alloy, low carbon steel, stainless steel to super-hard alloy steel, carburized steel, and others. PAT uses mainly portable Rockwell Hardness Tester and surface Rockwell Hardness Tester.

Rubber Hardness Tester

test-04Rubber A-type hardness tester can be used to conveniently and accurately determine the hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products, when the hardness meter head is mounted on the bench. The meter head can also be removed to measure the hardness of rubber products at their production lines.

Laser Range finder

The laser range finder is an instrument using laser to accurately measure the distance from a target. In operation, the laser range finder will eject a very fine laser to the target, its photoelectric components will receive the laser beam reflected by the target, and its timer will measure the time lapse between the emission and the reception of the laser beam, and then the laser range finder will calculate the distance between the observer and the target. The laser range finder has many advantages, such as light weight, small size, and easy, fast and accurate operation. Its error is only one-fifth to a few hundredths of the other optical range finders.

Coating Thickness Gauge

The coating thickness gauge can measure the thickness of the non-magnetic coating (such as aluminum, chromium, copper, enamel, rubber, paint, etc.) on the magnetic metal substrates (such as steel, iron, alloy and hard magnetic steel, etc.) and the thickness of non-conductive coating (such as enamel, rubber, paint, plastic, etc.) on non-magnetic metal substrates (such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.). Featuring a small measurement error, high reliability, good stability, and easy operation, the coating thickness gauge is an indispensable testing device to control and ensure product quality.

EDM Leak Detector

The instrument is mainly used to detect whether the thick non-conductive coating on the metal substrate has any pinhole, bubbles, fissures and cracks. The instrument is very simple to use. You need to only connect one end to the ground and use the probe on the other end to detect. Issuing high DC voltage through the probe, the instrument will flash a bright spark and sound an audible alarm when defective coating surface is detected.

Gauss Meter

Gauss meter is used to measure the static or dynamic (alternating) magnetic induction of a point in the space. Consuming very little amount of energy and with a long battery life, the Gauss meter can continue to work for 50 hours.

Vibration Meter

A vibration meter can be used to determine the displacement of a vibrator, its speed and acceleration. All the mechanical and electrical problems of various equipment will produce vibration signals. If you can master the size and source of vibration, you can conduct the repair and maintenance work in advance to prevent greater damage to the equipment, leading to higher production or maintenance costs.


Used to detect the on-site temperature and liquid temperature for the equipment, the thermometer can display the results on a real-time basis.
